I enjoyed Zumba so so much, was a lot of fun did not feel like a workout at all. It completely stands by the slogan ‘Ditch the workout Join the Party’. Enjoyed every single day of it. Apart from it being an amazing way to shed calories it also helps you learn some new forms of dance and shape/ tone your body amazingly. Swetha and Gitanjali were amazing – couldn’t have asked for better instructors,- Full of Energy – Very Motivating – Extremely sweet and full of FUN. The diet plan was also very easy to follow. Didn’t really feel like it was tough at all apart from controlling the limit of eating unhealthy food. It was very adjustable and both dietitians were very understanding. I never got yelled at for exceeding my calorie intake instead was advised to control my diet for the next few days to days to make up the excess. The best part of the diet was that it fits very easily into your daily lifestyle. No crash diet or starving. Easy to maintain and includes foods readily available.
